​The firm is built on the belief that great designs give form and way of life to the future. As Dearc, we seek creative solutions in order to create refined architectural expressions which reflects true spirit of innovation and idealism, and are minimalistic, functional and image driven. We follow information-driven-design process and foster contemporary eclecticism as a design style in order to create unique and smarter solutions for each project. We seek to eliminate all which is not required carrying forward the idea of simplicity and minimalism to an orbit which transcend the ordinary.

Dearc seeks to enhance the human experience through the built environment. We believe that tailored design should finally reveal through its various layers something about the place it’s sitting in, about people it is serving in, about the time zone its existing in.
WE EVOLVE A BUILT FORM AND AN IMAGE FOR THE PROJECT
We start a project with a clean slate. The first thing we do is to frame a concept and sketch the vision of the client. Then we combine it with our analysis of the program, functional zoning requirements and the context, both physical and cultural to derive an optimal built form. Finally, we fuse the form with a bespoke design language, both exterior and interiors to give the project a distinctive image.

WE NEVER STOP DESIGN EVOLUTION FROM CONCEPT TO CONSTRUCTION
We work through several pre-defined stages in all of our projects. Each stage is a milestone with defined working process, expected outcome, deliverables and time limit. This ensures that project is developed with highest standards as at the end of each stage there is a review process with our clients and only after the satisfactory outcome the project is advanced to the next stage. The stages in order are concept, schematic, design development, local body approval, tendering, construction and completion.

From an early stage, BIM processes were used to coordinate the complex set of MEPF and Medical services, a critical component of the project. This enabled us to optimize the height required to run the services above the false ceiling and achieve the desired clear height below in a tight setting.

RESEARCH AND DETAILING
We stay updated with the latest design trends and do extensive research before the start of the project to derive a strong concept and deliver projects which stands out where complexity is a new normal.
We strongly believe that the idea of quality and thoughtful design comes from the detailing. Our works are characterized by deep understanding of the building materials and its synergy with geometry and rigorous approach to detailing of each and every element of the project. Each of our project carries a bespoke design language which gives it a distinctive feel.
MODEL-MAKING AND DIGITAL MODELLING IS AT THE CENTRE OF DESIGN
We test several massing through spatial modelling and scaled models of the site and its surroundings in order to understand the complex nuances of the design and to provide the clients with visualizations to enable them to choose the most optimal design solution.
The physical models enable an informed decision-making process and also to avoid any nasty surprises later.
