Kanupriya is Partner and Director Projects at Dearc. Her professional ability ascertains developed creative acumen with strong analytical and leadership quality. With an experience of 11 years her expertise lies in design and execution of large scale multi-disciplinary projects like sports infrastructure, Urban design (health care cities), Mixed use, Commercial and Residential projects which she managed during her tenure as Project architect and Team manager at ARCOP Associates Pvt. Ltd.  She possesses an array of skills which includes a comprehensive knowledge of advanced technical tools and aspects vital to the delivery of diverse range of projects.

Abu is a Partner at Dearc. He is responsible for leading the strategic direction for business activities. He has a proven track record in project delivery, mobilizing large teams of people onto complex projects across India. ​ He has 20 years' work experience which includes roles at Jones Lang Lasalle and PE firms in India in initial years.  He serves on the board of directors at Aperion and specializes in the area of corporate interior fit outs. His knowledge of corporate tax and legal laws enables the projects to deal with complex issues at the execution stage.

Varun Jain is a Partner and Creative Director at Dearc. Varun is passionate to create unique and timeless architecture and believes that great designs give form and way of life to the future. His design approach involves information-driven-design design process and fostering contemporary eclecticism as a design style in order to create unique and smarter solutions for each project. Varun's expertise lies in design and execution of large-scale housing (high end, mid-scale, affordable & senior living) and mixed-use projects. Varun with a 15+ years of experience, benefit from a breadth of multi-national experience across large scale projects of housing, institutional, mixed use, recreational and commercial nature. His knowledge has been enhanced by working as an Associate architect with ARCOP, a 30-year-old Canada and New Delhi based Architectural practice. His involvement in architecture, both at professional and academic levels, has concentrated upon addressing the challenge of urban development in the context of India. Varun has also served as a visiting professor conducting design and research studios at Vastu Kala Academy college of Architecture.
